Matt Crosby
I’m passionate about my clients’ performance. I’ve consulted with a range of UK and Global businesses and organisations, in the private and public sectors, and in a range of settings: PE backed, MD&A, plc and limited, for over 25 years. I’ve mainly supporting clients to create a new / refreshed strategic ambition and performance through business design (business and operating model) and changes in ways of working, across culture, process and technology. I’ve lead several transformation programmes.
I’ve worked with executive and senior teams to develop the conditions to perform as a team and deliver on their goals, and worked with client’s colleagues, partners and stakeholders to build powerful alliances for change and performance.
I set up and lead Firehills Consulting, which is aimed at unlocking high performance for clients by partnering them in developing their strategy, in business design and in developing their leadership.

Kirsta Anderson
Kirsta brings 20 years of experience and expertise in culture, leadership and talent. She was a consultant at Hay Group and Korn Ferry, working with clients across sectors to assess and develop leaders, identify talent, and measure and improve employee engagement and culture.
She completed her tenure at Korn Ferry leading their Culture Transformation practice globally. She then moved to become Chief People Officer at one of her clients, Partners Group, a global private markets investment firm before becoming an independent consultant.

Rob Read
Rob has 20 years of experience in delivering digital talent and transformation programmes for private and public sector organisations. He was the EMEA Delivery leader for Korn Ferry Digital and Consulting for 9 years and formally a leader at Hay Group, specalising in Digital technology implementation for large scale leadership programmes.
Rob brings a wealth of knowledge on creating actionable plans, setting up successful technology engagements and focusing on organisational success criteria and measurable return on investment.

Anthea Roberts
Anthea is an interdisciplinary reseacher who focuses on new ways of thinking about complex and evolving fields, particularly those relating to global governance. She is a Professor at the School of Regulation and Global Governance (RegNet) at the Australian National University (ANU) and a Visiting Professor at Harvard Law School. She is also the Founder, Director and CEO of Dragonfly Thinking.
Anthea is one of the world’s most highly cited international lawyers of her generation and has woman numerous awards for her work in public international law, international trade and investment, and global governance. Her latest book, Six Faces of Globalization, was selected as one of the Best Books of 2021 by The Financial Times and Fortune Magazine.

Nilgun Langenberg
Nilgun Advises C-suite executives, so that they take better decisions and actions about their people and organization, ultimately performing better and transforming faster. Both as a practitioner and consultant, she worked in all aspects of the human capital spectrum, building deep expertise in talent management and executive search, assessment and development. Her 30 years of work experience spans across top-tier global firms where she managed businesses, teams and client relationships – Xerox (Technology), Sara Lee (Consumer Products), Heidrick & Struggles and Korn Ferry.
She is the Founder and Managing Director of ida leadership consulting, a boutique firm specialized in leadership performance, development and succession. They provide consulting services at leader, team, and organization levels with tailored solutions that support the execution of the business strategy.

Alison White
Alison is an experienced transformation and human capital workforce consultant. She has designed and delivered projects focused on organisational and operational excellence to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and an unwavering customer focus.
She is also passionate about ensuring all aspects of the talent strategy and culture support delivery of an organisations vision and strategy. She works with organisations to understand their future skill demand, the gap this may reveal, and will scenario plan your skills demand with you before considering the options to fill the gap.
She led PWC's strategic workforce planning approach and has helped a multitude of clients address critical skill demand and how to develop their employee value proposition to ensure they attract and retain top talent. Her work has saved clients millions of pounds by recruiting and developing skills ahead of wider market demand or to address causes of high contractor spend.

John Howarth
John is a management consultant and business transformation professional with over 30 years’ experience of working with Board, Senior Executives, and Leadership teams to define, manage and implement change successfully. John’s expertise lies primarily in operating model development, organisation design, culture assessment & definition, change management and programme & project management and he has an extensive track record of working across a wide range of private, public, and not-for-profit sector organisations.
John started his career in IT at Barclays Bank and following involvement in several change programmes, joined the Group-wide internal consultancy function where he developed to lead the organisational design and change management practices. On leaving the corporate world, John worked in senior consulting positions at PA Consulting, Hay Group (subsequently Korn Ferry) and Project One, before embarking on his independent consulting career.

Euan Leask
Euan brings expertise in project management, strategic planning and research. He is a recent graduate from the University of Glasgow and Rotterdam School of Management, during which he studied business management and international business.
He has worked as a risk analyst at a wealth management firm, developing an automated risk reporting system. After this, he worked as a project manager for a Glasgow-based charity, focusing on supporting their expansion plan.
